Please ensure that card payments are enabled on your Stripe account.
To do this:
Step 1: Log into Stripe
Go to Stripe’s Dashboard and log in using your existing credentials. If you don’t have a Stripe account, sign up for a new account.
Step 2: Set Up Your Business & Banking Information
Navigate to Settings > Business Settings in your Stripe dashboard.
Enter your business details including business name, business type (Individual, Company, Non-Profit, etc.), business address, industry type, and business phone number.
Set up payout banking details including bank name, account number, and routing number (or IBAN for non-US accounts). Provide tax-related information such as EIN or SSN if required.
Step 3: Complete Identity Verification
To comply with financial regulations, Stripe requires identity verification. Upload a government-issued ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID. If prompted, submit additional documents such as business registration or proof of address.
Step 4: Provide Flowte with Your Stripe Account Details
Once your Stripe account is set up, send the following details to Flowte at help@flowte.com so we can complete the integration:
Step 5: Flowte Connects Your Account
Once we receive your details, Flowte will link your Stripe account to our platform and notify you once the integration is complete. We will advise you on running a test transaction to confirm that everything is working correctly.
