Useful ways to use the Shifts Report
• Payroll: Filter Shifts Date by the pay period and export to Excel to total each staff member's hours
• Department hours: Filter by Department to see hours worked by your front of house, box office or technical team
• Missed clock-outs: Look for very long shifts, for example 20 hours or more, which usually mean someone forgot to clock out
• Duplicate shifts: Look for very short shifts of a few minutes, which usually mean someone clocked in or out twice. Delete these if they were recorded in error
Staff and departments shown in this report come from Staff & Payroll.
