Should your images exhibit disproportionate dimensions or appear visually suboptimal within the Flowte administrative interface or online platform, kindly adhere to the subsequent guidelines for the proper uploading of images:
Remove the background of your image before uploading to canva to make sizing easier
To enhance the visual appeal of your image, it is necessary to remove the background. To achieve this, please follow the provided link:
Click on the upload image option
Click on the 'download' blue button
Step 1:
Create a free Canva account by following this link:
Step 2:
Click on the 'Create a design button'
Step 3:
Choose the custom size option
Step 4:
Choose the following dimensions:
3508 in the width field and 2480 in the height field
Step 5:
Click on uploads which you will find on the left menu:
Step 6:
Your image will now appear, you can now proceed to drag the corners of your image to fit in the middle of the box.
Step 7:
Click on the 'share button' scroll down to the dowload button and dowload your image.
Step 11:
Head over to the Flowte org that you want to upload the edited image on
Step 12:
Go to products or bookings locate the product or booking that you want to add your edited image to.
Step 13:
Click Edit next to the product or booking that you want to edit
Step 14:
Click on the up arrow button and upload the image that you want to have displayed as your main image:
Click on the up arrow button and upload the image that you want to have displayed as your main image:
Step 15:
If your product has multiple options click on the option pricing button
Step 16:
Click on the up arrow button next to your products to upload indvidual images for each product
