Leads

To fuel your business growth, every week Flowte HQ will provide a list of leads. These leads are potential clients that you can contact directly and integrate into your Flowte board, helping you expand your customer base consistently.

Franchise Branding

Our brand is our promise. As a Flowte franchise, you benefit from instant brand recognition. When you establish your franchise, the market will immediately identify who you are, what services you offer, and the quality they can anticipate, thanks to Flowte's esteemed branding.

Training / Onboarding

A smooth start is key to a successful journey. Flowte HQ delivers fast and comprehensive training for all franchisees. In just 2 to 3 weeks through Zoom sessions, you can expect full implementation of our systems, complete with user training to ensure you're well-prepared to manage your franchise effectively.

Market Entry Plan

Entering a new market can be challenging, but not with Flowte. We provide new franchisees with detailed market entry planning and consulting services. Our strategy includes a thorough vertical analysis and a sales and retention plan, designed to identify and leverage the most effective routes and channels for your business growth.

Meeting Support

For the first five client meetings, you won’t go alone. A Flowte representative will accompany you to ensure that you are fully equipped to present Flowte’s benefits and features to clients, demonstrating your capability to represent the brand and secure client confidence.

Franchisee Responsibilities for Ensuring Success:

To ensure the success of your franchise, it is crucial for franchisees to actively collaborate with us and fulfill the following responsibilities:

Submission of Required Information:

Provide all necessary information and documentation as outlined in the onboarding email. Timely submission is essential for a smooth onboarding process.

Participation in Training Sessions:

Attend all training sessions organized by your dedicated account manager. Active participation will enhance your understanding of our processes and boost the overall effectiveness of your franchise.

Completion of Franchisee Training Program:

Successfully complete the franchisee training program. Maintain regular communication with your account manager post-training to address any queries and stay updated on industry best practices.

Local Promotion According to Franchise SOP:

Adhere to the franchise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for local promotion of Flowte. Implementing these strategies will contribute to the visibility and success of your franchise in the local market.

Effective Lead Management:

Reach out to and engage with all leads provided by Flowte HQ. Ensure that these leads are promptly added to your Flowte board for efficient tracking and follow-up. As well as going beyond the assistance given from Flowte HQ by gaining personal leads from various local connections. 

Team Training Requirements:

If your franchise includes a team, ensure that the entire team attends training sessions organized by Flowte HQ. Additionally, coordinate any demonstrations arranged by the franchise partner to maximize the effectiveness of training efforts across the entire team.

Timely Assistance Requests:

If you require assistance with a demo, provide a 72-hour notice to Flowte HQ. This advance notice will allow us to offer timely support and ensure the success of your demonstrations.

Team Recruitment (If Applicable):

Franchise partners bear the responsibility of independently hiring and recruiting their team members, unless they explicitly seek assistance from Flowte HQ for this process. It's important to note that even when Flowte HQ provides assistance, the financial responsibility for compensating the team members rests with the franchise partner. The significance of having a proficient and well-qualified team cannot be overstated, as it plays a pivotal role in driving the overall success and expansion of your franchise

Client Relationship Management and Support

Building and nurturing relationships with every signed client is a critical aspect of the franchise partner's responsibilities. Consistent client engagement and support are essential for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
