Navigate to: Menu > Budgeting & Settlements > Reports

E-commerce Report

This report gives you a summary of any event in your organisation. It is ideal for a quick snapshot of how a show is selling, and can be printed for settlement meetings with promoters and companies.

Navigate to: Budgeting & Settlements > Reports > Standard Reports > E-commerce Report

• Select your event

• Select the transaction date. You can use a preset date filter or set a custom date range

• Click Update and your report will appear

• Click Print Report to print or save a copy

What the report shows

Area

This table shows each seating area in your venue, for example Stalls, Circle or Balcony, broken down by:

• Capacity

• Ticket type, for example Adult, Concession or Child

• Price

• Quantity sold in each area

• Total revenue for each ticket type

Source

This table shows tickets split between online orders and box office orders. It helps you see how many of your sales are coming through online.

Payment Type

This table shows the payment methods used to buy tickets for the event, for example card or cash.

Ticket Type

This table shows how many tickets were sold for each ticket type. It helps you see which ticket types are most popular.

Time Slot Report

This report gives you a summary of a single performance. It is useful for comparing how individual performances are selling, for example whether evening performances sell better than matinees.

Navigate to: Budgeting & Settlements > Reports > Standard Reports > Time Slot Report
