Audit Log
Navigate to: Menu > Budgeting & Settlements > Reports > Audit Log
Overview
The Audit Log shows every change made in Backstage Manager, when it was made and who made it. You can see exactly what was changed, with the value before and after the change.
Use it to find out who changed an event, a price or a description, to check changes before a performance, or to trace a mistake back to where it happened.

• Go to Budgeting & Settlements > Reports
• Click Audit Log
• Log Date: Choose a preset date range, or enter a custom start and end date
• Module: Choose the area of the system you want to see changes for, for example Booking (events)
