Add a new activity

CRM>Activities

Click on Add Activity:


Name your activity and click on show advanced options:


Advanced options:

Within the advanced options, you have the capability to:

1. Include a note
2. Delegate the task to a specific user
3. Set the desired date
4. Establish a reminder



Once allocated, the system will automatically dispatch an email notification to the designated employee (user) indicating that an activity has been assigned to them.

To assign a tag to an activity:

Simply drag the activity to the "Tags" section, then select one of the available tags from the list.

Once the tag is added, clicking on it will reveal all tasks associated with that specific tag.



View tag based list:

To view your tag-based list, click on the "Tags" option. This will open up a complete list of all your tags.

Next, select the tag you want to view. This will filter the list, displaying only the activities linked to that specific tag.


To edit your activity:

After clicking on your activity, you'll have the following options:

  1. Add notes
  2. Rename your activity
  3. Upload files
  4. Add comments
  5. Assign or reassign the activity to a user
  6. Add a reminder - this will send a notification to your email or the user's email, reminding them of the activity.



Drag and Drop Activities:

You have the flexibility to drag and drop new activities into either the "done," "snooze," or "tag" categories.




Important Note:
In the event that a user does not appear under the "Assign" option, it is necessary to add the user initially. This can be done by navigating to the "Admin" section, then selecting "Preferences" followed by "Settings".
Once there, click on "Add User" and proceed to fill in the required user details. Following this step, the user will then be displayed under the "Assign" option in activities.
