3 | Overview Report
This report gives you a breakdown of transactions broken down by methods of payment.
Navigate to Analytics >Reports > Overview
Filters:
Transaction date: Select your transaction date.
You can choose pre set time filters or use a custom date filter to generate the report you need.
Event Time: Select your event time range.
Exclude refunds: remove all refunds from the report.
Two separate reports will appear.
1. Overview Report by Event
2. Overview Report by Booking Time
Column Visibility
Decide the columns of data you want visible in your report.
Export The report to CSV, PDF and Excel. You also have the option to print the report.
Please note that the transaction date and event time will never align in the overview reports.
The transaction date represents the date when the order or refund was placed.
The event date encompasses orders for events that took place in that time period, regardless of when the order or refund was placed.
